Shipping & Returns

Affordable Shipping to Switzerland
We want our jewelry to reach you easily. That's why we've secured special, low shipping rates to Switzerland, with no hidden fees. Every order is shipped fully insured in our signature packaging.

7-Day Returns
Not in love? Return it within 7 days for a full refund — no questions, no friction. The piece must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Bespoke or engraved pieces are non-refundable.

Care Guide

Fine jewellery is crafted to last a lifetime, but it requires mindful care to maintain its brilliance.

Daily Care
Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or engaging in strenuous physical activities. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh household chemicals, as these can dull the finish of precious metals and damage porous gemstones.

Cleaning & Storage
Clean your pieces gently using a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, use a mild solution of warm water and a drop of dish soap, brushing gently with a soft toothbrush. Store each piece individually in its original Bruni pouch or box to prevent scratching.

Sizing

Finding the perfect fit is essential for comfort and security. Below are general guidelines to help you find your Bruni size.

Rings
We use standard European sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for wider bands. You can download our printable ring sizer or contact our atelier for a complimentary physical sizer.

Necklaces & Bracelets
Most of our necklaces feature adjustable loops, allowing you to wear them at different lengths (e.g., 40cm, 42cm, 45cm). Our bracelets are typically 17cm with an adjustment loop at 16cm. Custom lengths are available upon request.

Can I customize a piece?
Unfortunately, we do not offer bespoke services or modifications to existing pieces. All pieces are sold strictly as presented in our collection.

Do you offer a warranty?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a warranty on our pieces. All sales are final regarding manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
